Used it few times so far and I like the tool very much.Yes, someone may use exactly 1/2lb, 1/3lb, or 1/4 lb ground meat for the preset press settings. I found that for each new batch of ground meat i worked with, I needed a little bit of weight/amount adjustment (+/-) to achieve uniform and near perfect results.It usually takes me couple of initial adjustments in the amount of ground meat I press with the tool. Once I like the result then I use a kitchen scale to measure the weight of this first burger and then I complete the rest by using that amount/weight.
