Compatibility Shaped disc compatible with the Philips Advance pasta machine. The disc is easy to install, just like the discs that came with the machine.

After use, immediately remove from the machine and remove as much dough as possible inside. Soak the disc in water for long hours to soften the dough that remains inside the shapes. Then clean with a brush or a water jet. Repeat the operation if necessary. Do not let the paste dry as it may break the inside of the form when cleaning.

Precautions To be used with a well moistened and well kneaded dough, we recommend a humidity rate of 40% and a kneading time of 6mn to 9mn with a rest time.

We are not responsible for the unsuitable use or an unsuitable paste, too dry or too hard, which will break the disc or alter the functioning of the machine. This is due to the high pressure of the extrusion and the thin and / or complex shape of the disc.
