Took a week to come but installed fairly easily. One white-headed mounting screw next to clear water spout catch funnel was a bit hard to find but the full unit disassembled fairly easily and the shipped sub-unit mounted easily -- put the obscure screw back in last. The overall assembly comes out of the refrigerator door with three silver flat-head screws and a wire harness un-plug. New unit matched old one perfectly and began producing ice within a few hours. Appears new, described as "like new". Ebay new unit was about $9 cheaper and probably had about same shipping time. These are relatively expensive icemakers at $100 ea and no sub-parts such as tray are available. I think water deposits in the tray were primary problem but I did manage to nurse the original unit along for 8-9 years by cleaning tray and water spout with vinegar a few times.
