I usually wear xl in tops. I ordered the plus size xxl and it was too large. I returned it and the XL fit great. I carry my weight in my mid section. I was not disappointed. The sleeves are a very pretty touch. It does run a bit long but I am okay with that. I am 5' 3" so if you are a bit taller it will work out great. The fabric is tshirt material and very soft. The color is a burnt orange and not a burgandy but worked out well.
