Vegan Sausage Maker here: these flavor options work really well with seitan, tofu and TVP fillers. I use the cellulose casings with these spice mixes and YUM the “sausages” come out great!! Super fresh and packaged well. Each of the 3 pouches spices 10lbs. but depending on your filler you will need to play around with the % to get the taste just right. I am SOLD on these flavors and plan to sample others from this seller!
