I had to order two of these back to back. The thing doesn’t work at all. It’s not easy to assemble. It’s actually a pain in the ass. I don’t recommend this. Save your money and your time. Customer service is non existentGoodJunk, order a metal one. THis thing was awful.The machine is a nightmare, don’t waste your money or timeThe instructions for this product are so incomplete it is pathetic. The unit comes disassembled and you have to figure out how it goes together.So far, the MOST frustrating things have been:1. The unit comes with a circle cutting tool with an adjustable radius blade, meaning, the blade can move back and forth across an arm.. WHY??? This machine does ONE size of button and getting that blade radius set perfect is a pain!!!2. The top half of the button rotates lightly as the die assembly is moved from right to left, to prepare for the placement of the back piece. But nothing tells you about this, you just have to mess up a ton of buttons trying to figure out what you are doing wrong. And like so much with this machine, it's nothing but trial and error trying to get this think dialed in... which wastes a lot of supplies.It gets stuck and hard to use Mike you cant push things down I used it once and it was bad.The instructions that came with this was terrible and I ruined a few buttons in the process. But it turned out the plastic is super thin and it gums up if you use more than one. Once I figured it out, I went through an old comic book and made like 20 pins in half an hour. It's much sturdier than I expected for a cheap plastic press.
