I needed new thermal underwear. Snug but expected that it stretches fine. If your 270 and 5' 10" go to a 2X if you're needing more room. Otherwise you will be sending it back. I'm satisfied with the product. The weight loss Is my responsibility.The reasoning for purchasing this particular item is a little abnormal but I needed thermals for my father who is sadly in jail right now and I only had a week to bring him clothes and after the seven days you’re only allowed to bring it once a month on a certain day and I needed them quickly. I also looked at EVERY store that could possibly have thermals and for some reason no store even remotely close to me had thermals so I relied on Amazon. This was by far the best and cheapest price on Amazon and my father told me they were made from high-quality material which made them very comfortable which made me feel so much better knowing that I made the right decision by purchasing from this company and what is even more surprising is this was the cheapest price I saw on Amazon. A great price and very comfortable! Also I could only have white thermals and almost all of the other companies except maybe 2 that I was looking into were out of stock of the white thermals and I also had to have my package delivered by a certain date and I received it exactly when it said it would come in! It was a win-win! I will be ordering more if I need them. Hopefully I won’t need them for anyone in jail but there are a lot of other uses for thermals! The material isn't really insulated at all, its just a thick pair of PJs. This was close enough to what I wanted to keep, though. The problem came with the fit. The shirt fit okay - sleeves were decent, torso was too baggy to call this a thermal long john but good for a PJ shirt. The pants, on the other hand, were ridiculous. There was enough room in the seat and the waist fit good. However, the pant legs were a joke. I'm average build for my height and if anything, have skinny calves. The pant legs on these were like wearing compression socks all the way up to my thighs. They were so tight that it tugged when I tried to walk or sit down. I'm not sure if this is a joke or if their model for the template had actual peg-legs, but this does not remotely fit for anyone with a body type anywhere near normal. Returned.In Jean's I'm 36w 32l so i ordered a large I these and had to return'em only because I have larger thighs/seat so I had to upgrade to size xl. Xl top fits great, the pants fit but I dont like the extra sag which can be eliminated by lifting pants above waist which I wont do. Overall I'll keep these and my second pair just arrived tonight in navy which I'll be keeping. Maybe after first wash some shrinkage may occur to eliminate some if the sag in pants.The sizes run very small. I wore 2 XL for over 10 years and could not even get these on.The top had lots of threads hanging off, I made the mistake of pulling one and it left a big hole. Poor quality, not good valueThis fits exactly as a proper "base layer" should. If you want "baggy" look elsewhere. The fit is normal size, if you order sizes bigger the sleeves and pants will be sooooo long you can tie them together like a straight jacket.This product was loose for me to wear. The fabric is cotton, it is not polyester which stretches. The fabric also has that 'itchy' feel when wearing it. I would recommend buying thermal wears from UNIQLO which are polyester and have a better fit.It is stitched with very lightweight thread and the crotch seam was already coming apart when I received it unfortunately, but after I mended it we were quite happy with it. My son reports it was comfortable and warm..I am actually really unhappy with this product. Reading all the other reviews I must have got a dud set or something because the pants have zero waistband to speak of. The leg length is fine and it hugs the legs well but the waist doesn't hold up at all. I picked the right size for me but it feels like there is no elastic. Do not recommend.
