Read more Excellent customers reviews about using suggestions Store your tobacco in an airtight container and make sure it is appropriately humidified/moisturized. Bone dry tobacco makes for a looser roll and more likely to make the cherry fall off. Apply more resistance to the butt while the tube fills. This will give you a tighter roll (more like purchased cigs). When you put your completed cigarettes in a case or box, "pack" them more by slapping the butt end of the box/case on your hand. This will release most of the loose tobacco from the other end of the cig and further tighten the roll. Read more

First thing you need to understand about this clever little machine is that it's a TOOL that provides a valuable function and there's more involved than merely adjusting the tightness strip and pushing a button. • Are you're planning to use a cigarette grade or a pipe tobacco? Pipe tobacco is my preferred choice, but certain brands offer a stringy, courser cut that can contain some unruly stuff which this loader doesn't like and won't process with the same enthusiasm. • Humidity is very important too. There's a reason why some organic cigarette makers list only two ingredients... tobacco & water. If your mix is too dry you won't be able to balance a cherry and if it's too moist you might as well suck on the end of a pencil. • Compaction - all I can say is that you'll figure it out in time, but you will have to experiment before loading a pack of smokable tubes. I recommend leaving the tightness strip alone for a while until you know what your doing or it will frustrate you to no end. • Next, slide the clear see-thru collection tray out just far enough until it almost teeters so it can collect spin-out, otherwise you'll find your product all over the neighborhood. Then as the tube is loading, simply hold one finger against the end of the filter ever so slightly to create the perfect compaction rate. • If you don't own a cigar humidor with a round humidity meter on the front, invest in one, follow the directions and store your product bag inside it along with whatever tubes you load. Trust me, if you're a connoisseur who appreciates quality and consistency you'll discover soon enough why this is very important. • One last thing... sometimes your ash will curl upwards like a pigtail. This is because you're loading the tobacco into the tube with a rotational auger. Your ash, depending on compaction and moisture will seldom behave like store bought cigarettes.I suppose there's some people out there who contradict that this craft ISN'T rocket science, but there's definitely a skill level required before you'll be able to simply load a decent quality smoke that doesn’t repeatedly drop the cherry off in your lap. Happy loading, LWIt does what it is supposed do. Though having trouble figuring out the little knob that you twist. This works grate. But there’s 2 problems with it. First one is the power button. I would prefer a press on press off button instead of holding the button wile tapping in the tobacco. But that’s no big deal. The other problem and it seams to be a common problem as other reviews here. The cheery fell off my first cigarette and I noticed the cigarettes where not packed very tight at all. Well me being mr fix it I unscrewed the adjustment knob. Pulled out the spring and then pulled it slightly making it about 1/16”-1/8” longer and replaced the spring and knob. Got the knob about half way down right now and no more cheery falling. But tight cigarettes again. Think this spring gets compressed for to long in the warehouse. So stretch that spring and get rolling.Okay, where to start? It's more convenient than hand-sliding injectors, however this product has a lot of flaws you need to know about before buying.It. Is. Loud. I roll my cigs one at a time when I feel like one to sort of curb the habit a bit. The issue is, doing that at night, my SO can hear me in bed through earplugs which wakes her up and takes me precariously close to the promised Irish heritage pike my head would be destined for if I pissed her off proper... I've endured far too many burns from this thing to have it be the literal death of me....Which brings us to the main issues with this machine. Burns. Lots of 'em, every time you light up. I know the instruction manual claims that you adjust the device to make that not happen, but, let me tell you about why that isn't the main reason why it seems the cherries to the cigarettes this thing makes keep falling off.1. The clamp that holds the tube is precise to such a high degree it's about nigh impossible to get the setting just right, you're either having cherries and sparks fly everywhere or you have a better chance of smoking an over-packed filtered cigar. I could not for the life of me get it to that magical micro-meter where the clamp clutches the tube with enough resistance to lead to a properly packed and consistent smoke. Please keep in mind I have a background in precision mechanics for things like military cargo hauler heavies like the C5 and KC-10 and other relevant fields elsewhere, there were times in related career fields where every 1/128th of an inch counted, so when I say that I wasn't able to find that right setting, keep that in mind... the dial that controls the clamp has no markings other than a volume slider type marking which didn't help in the least, it's just a screw-in knob with a spring that's it... they don't even clarify which direction loosens or tightens, IIRC, it's left. Lost many a smoke figuring that out. F in the chat please to honor those brave, wasted, tubes sacrificed science.2. This tube injector doesn't have a tobacco cutting blade like you're used to, instead it has weak electric motor that strains itself to turn another spring that's used to "screw in" the tobacco. In theory that's pretty cool, mechanically, however, it's inferior in every way to the traditional injector set up a tobacco blade that shoves the tobacco in with enough force to pack the cigarette. The issue with the "screw-in" injection method is that it shoves whatever you put into the hopper into the tube uncut which causes inconsistencies in the distribution of the tobacco. Combine that with the fact that this design HEAVILY relies on the clamp, and add in that the clamp is more difficult to work out than The DaVinci Code's convoluted way of letting someone know she's Jesus' illegitimate descendant... and you have a device that's design flaw causes physical harm and damage to property due to hot embers flying everywhere. What I'm trying to say is, this product, which was designed to be more convenient than a manual solution ends up not being convenient, not even to a hand injector. Add to this that my device started to short out at the plug in the back and it's even more not worth it. Within days of using the injector the product showed signs of a fray or loose soldering joint. IDK which because I was about to throw it out the window and wasn't about to crack it open to see if the device or the cord were at fault.I ended up ordering a deluxe manual injector, the Topmaster, which just arrived today and, having injected a few smokes and smoked them, I can tell you that if you're going for convenience, those are the way to go, they're easy to use and produce consistent burning smokes without the firehazard this product presents.I cannot recommend this. It was such a bad experience that I will stick with the bronze age deluxe manual injector. I would say the only way I recommend this is if you have an enemy that's a smoker... for everyone else? If you're going the electric route, I suggest elsewhere.Funciona muy bien, buena relación calidad-precio.
