Started leaking grease around rollers from first few uses. Was told it was normal at first usage due to overpacking of grease during manufacturing. Less than 3 months and bottom gear froze up and melted 2 pulleys and burned up a belt. I have been in contact with the company for several months during this time to try and determine what went wrong and how to fix it. I was told it was caused by improper cleaning. (for the record I have over 30 years restaurant experience working with dough sheeters). They sent me replacement parts but the location of the problem is not accessible with any tools available to me. I then questioned how it was a cleaning issue if the parts that need replacing cannot even be accessed and requested a video of how to replace the parts that were bad and they stopped communicating with me. The product is cheaply made garbage and they will blame you when it breaks.
