I just used one of these to cut a 10 inch circle of glass for a clock and it worked great. The directions on the package are truly badly written, but it holds a variety of marking tools for making straight lines or circles on glass or whatever. It does not come with a glass cutter, you just put one in the holder and tighten the screw. You have to be careful that the pivot point does not move when marking things as it just has 3 rubber pads to hold it to the surface. It is great for stained glass which has a rippled surface. If you want a flat glass circle cutter, get one with a suction cup for a center.
