Shirt starts out pathetically thin because it is NOT preshrunk. After machine washing on normal cycles it shrinks about a 1/2" in width and 1" in length and softens a bit. No noticeable shrinkage after first wash. At this point it's a decent shirt that can help keep you warm as a layer. I'm 5'6" and 130 lbs. I originally got a large, but it was a little short giving no room for shrinkage. The XL fits perfect in the body and can be tucked in if needed. Sadly, as the size chart shows, the sleeve length does not increase when you size up from L to XL. So the sleeves are 2-3" short and I have to constantly pull them down all time. As for the color, The dark gray is about three shades darker than shown and the brown is a cinnamon. If not for the short sleeves I would have bought more.I really like this shirt, I only wish it had fit. These shirts run very small, and no XL was available. I am 5'2" and weigh 120 lb and the Large was much too small for me. Sadly, I will be returning it.How are there this many reviews and no pics? Let’s fix that. I’m 5’4 n even tho I wear a medium I got a large based on reviews. The large fit very much like a fitted medium. Haven’t washed yet so unsure about shrinkage (*see updated notes) but I am not tall so if it shrinks it will be bordering on short on my torso so if you’re tall or you want your shirts long, keep this in mind.Good fit, flattering. Material is soft. Pretty thin fabric- I included a pic so you can see how see through it is. Didn’t look as see-thru when it’s on, I put it on with a white bra (not in pic) and you couldn’t tell thru the black shirt. The buttons down the front are actually snaps and are of good quality, made of metal. Hopefully they hold up in the wash.There is no discernible stretch to the fabric at all. The plastic lingerie straps pull off easily.Annoying that all shirts now days are so low quality that they are see thru. But it’s not so bad that I need an under shirt so if it doesn’t shrink in wash, I’ll order more. It’s soft, comfy, and flattering. Hope this helps.*update. Also bought the navy, it is not quite as bright as it looks in the photos provided by the seller. I washed the shirt on cold, tumble dried on low, it shrunk a tiny bit in the wash. I may order an extra large to see how it fits after drying- and I don’t own any other shirts in an extra large. The navy is the same fabric, definitely on the thin side. I payed 14.99 for these, I’d feel better paying 12$ bucks a shirt for this quality and I wish they had more stock and more deep colors like peacock green and burgundy.Was disappointed that is was to smallLet me start by saying I normally wear a large or x-large in shirts. I ordered this shirt in a 1X only because that was the size available in the color I wanted, and I figured it would be baggy, but that I could make it work, and figured once I washed it, that it may possibly shrink a little and would be ok. Well, this shirt runs SMALL! This 1x shirt fits perfectly. Is form fitting. And it looks great. Unfortunately I don’t have room for shrinking. The colors are vivid and they are decently comfortable, so I bought 3 shirts. They seem to wash and dry well, too. I agree that the elastic hang loops and the tags are super annoying and uncomfortable. I immediately cut them all out of the product. It also runs small. I usually wear M-L depending on company and I ordered XL which fits well. Disappointed in lack of color choice in XL size--otherwise I would have bought more.I generally fit in medium shirts but I ordered a large and I still have the same problems I always have with waffle weave shirts. Sleeves too tight, hem rides up. I don't have fat arms but I do have a long torso and the narrowest point is about 2/3 of the way down and that's where the hem wants to be. I'm bummed. Otherwise it's thick material that's sewn well, the sleeve seam is at the right place on my shoulders and the sleeves are long enough.Very soft and sleeves are long enough, yay!!!! The white is not totally opaque, but I usually wear a nude colored bra anyway, which you can't see through the shirt. Mine had a hole in one seam so I'm exchanging for another one, which is why I deducted one star. Hopefully that was a fluke and not a sign of general poor quality!Mixed reviews in terms of sizing, assuming it depends on model. Ordered notched in navy blue in large. Usually wear medium sometime large, i am 5.5 and 158 lbs. It was too small and not much stretch, pretty thin. Price is good but that is it, disappointingLovely and warm, I like the fabric and v-neck. It’s too short however. Photos look like shirt is long and comes down to bum but its not long enough and gives me a cold belly.
