the donut maker came with no instructions for operation or any recipes for the unit. a piece on paper that looks like it was copy off a printed sheet of paper was in the box nothing that i think should have been in there if they are calling it a commercial waffle donut maker. quality wasn't that great to me instruction makes a world of difference, it takes the guess play out operating in the blindThis is a great machine so far. Wish there was a manual. Made a recipe I found on pinterest for vanilla baked donuts. 250 degrees for about 3 minutes seems to work
