Bought this for my husband who was having stomach surgery. He’s 6’2 and around 19 stone and 3xl fitted him with room to spare on shoulders and waist and didn’t irritate his wound. The material has a deceiving thickness, warm but still very light to wear. Looks very smart on. Came down just passed his knees lengthwise so he was able to keep his dignity intact in hospital! I purchased a second one so he had one to wear while other was laundered. It washed brilliantly, no colour leakage and has kept its shape perfectly.
