Muy pequeñaI had one of the same product for a few years. It finally cracked on the side. This new one is too expensive for the quality of the item. You can find the same one for way less.EasyOur youth group hosts a monthly event to provide food to the homeless in our city. We purchased several of these grills so that we could make 100 sandwiches in a short amount of time. Having 8 of them to test, side-by-side, has given us the opportunity to see how well it handles. So far, it handles quite well.We make two sandwiches at a time, and approximately 8 sandwiches consecutively. There is very little down time between sandwiches. It heats up quickly and stays hot. We have hosted 2 of our feeding events and find that the machines are holding up quite nicely. Gracias!A convenient unit both in size and performance. I like sandwiches, so this grill as proven an asset to me. I use it several times a week. My only reservation, and a mild one at that, is that the lid doesn't quite adjust for a sandwich plumped by other ingredients such as a slice of tomato and cheese. Pressure must be exerted to close the lid enough for the clasp on the top half of the handle to latch on to the lower handle. Invariably the sandwich flattens. I don't exclude the possibility I may be overlooking a step in the process. I butter both outsides of the sandwich which results in a crisp toasted appearance. You get what you pay for with this item, well almost. Got this exclusively to make grilled cheese. It's made of primarily of plastic and feels like a toy and only accommodates only one sandwich at a time unless you use the smallest of bread. The slightest touch to the teflon(?) coating with something hard like a knife will make a significant scratch, which makes me wonder if the coating also unnoticeably comes off onto the sandwiches as well. After all, this grill is made in China, known for exporting unsafe, unhealthy products like mold-prone wallboard and lead toys. (Don't let the American-sounding "BC" fool you. This appears to be a Proctor-Silex knock-off for a few bucks less.) I'd advise stepping up. Not sure why the other reviewers were so pleased, but giving this item three stars seems generous.
