We used these for venison hot dogs. They worked great much stronger than collagen casings and much easier to get off after we were done cooking them. Only bad thing is that they were too small. The collagen casings usually expand and make a normal size hot dog these did not and therefore were skinny. Next year plan on using these casings in a 25MM size should be much better. Other than the sizing which was just a trial error on my part these casings are great.
