I am glad to pay more for quality. You can buy a falafel maker for $7 but it rusts and is hard to clean.This comes apart so you can clean it and is stainless! People complain that the handle is plastic but it seems like quality plastic and is easy too grip. Made in Germany you can tell this is really well made. I had to modify mine by adding 4 stainless steel washers under the main plate that the falafel mix goes on because it was deeper than I wanted. I am making Keto falafel with sunflower seeds and I like my falafel disks thinner. It was a very easy fix and works perfectly.
