I was very excited when I purchased this oven and looked forward to enjoying making pizza at home. Especially with COVID-19 and possibly having to quarantine again. But when I received it, one of the screws to attach the door handle was faulty. I believe the part was shipped from China so I was doubtful that I would ever receive another oven handle. So I spoke to a representative on the phone from the company who makes the oven Vevor (Breanna ) She's from the states and said she'd also contact the distributor through email. Through Amazon "contact the seller" I sent an email explaining the problem. The representative from China (Halo) told me through email that she'd have another oven handle sent. She kept in contact and also emailed me a postage paid return label in case things didn't work out.I'm happy to say that today I received the oven handle by express mail and not only did I receive one handle but they ensured I wouldn't have a problem and sent two. Halo took care of the problem in a timely manner and answered all my concerns. The handle worked and I'm so happy!!Thank you so much Halo!!Nice heavyduty oven. Bought an additional large ceramic plate for the bottom. The bottom is a very porous stone and would be very hard to clean. I lined the bottom with aluminum foil for spillages from day one and very glad i did. Temperature dials are in centigrade not farenhieght. You have to rethink your temperatures everytime.(pain in the ass.) Inside light needs to be bigger and brighter so you can see whats going on when cooking. I also bought an oven temp gauge for inside to help with temperature settings ( a must). Has timer but timer bell is useless. You can barely hear it if your right next to oven. Needs a few improvements but overall a nice oven. I use it alot for cooking all kinds of stuff. I like the big inside area for really big pizzas and its tall for pots and pans. I also recomend a pizza peel. Makes life easier putting pizzas in and out.I bought two of these ovens for my business. They both arrived damaged. One was replaced but I kept the one that was only the stone insert broken inside the oven but functional. The replacement still arrived dented. At that point I decided to keep it since it was still functional. Two months later it just stopped working. The doors do not stay closed on these units, the heat regulation on these is very difficult to control so it burns food very easily. The units have a very weird odor when they’re cooking, even after they’ve been cleaned and used for awhile. The oven lights inside the oven stopped working after about a week of use. All in all just not a quality oven.Had to do some research on how to use, as it had absolutely NO baking, or maintenance and cleaning instructions! Couldn't even find on web! Should have a little background on pizza baking. Must convert Fahrenheit to Celsius and bake around 550 deg. F. Be sure to preheat oven for about and hour so stone will be good and hot.When initially turning it on there was a strong silver smell. It burned off after about 15 minutes. This product did not come with clear instructions. The booklet included was in broken English. We can see the potential in this oven but it’s by trial and error to start. Over all we like this oven with our first try. You’ll want a pizza paddle to get the pizza in and out and a scraper to clean it out afterwards.-GLMProduct came with damaged parts looks like it's probably been used before tried it last night could not get it higher than 400 to 450 Used the proper wood pellets I'm not happy with it
