I am 5' 7" tall, 174 lbs and 30" waist. After washing the Thermal Long Sleeve Crewneck Shirt it shrank more than I expected. When I am not overweight I weigh around 145 lbs and medium shirts typically fit perfectly for my 5' 7" height. But, when I add 20 or more pounds I need a large shirt. Unfortunately, the shirts available from this company that I bought in large size turned out to be suited for a person who needs a small shirt size. I think it is important for everyone who leaves a review to let everyone know what your height is, current weight and waist size. I typically ignore every review that leaves out at least two of the three measurements. Please, do your fellow brother a favor and leave more details about your size and what size shirt, pants, etc., that you purchase. It will save people time, money and stress.It is labeled as a premium shirt but I don't find it to be of that quality. It is decent. There is no poor stitching but the material feels decent but not premium and the length seems short. I've been pulling and stretching down at the waist of the shirt to put it under my belt. It causes me anxiety that I simply wish not to deal with. I'm willing to pay more for several shirts that simply fit. XL 42-44 is not available at the time of this review. There is another size XL "blue denim" but it doesn't mention any sizing. I can' assume and there are other companies that will be more specific. I'm not giving up on the company. I hope they read my review and make adjustments to their descriptions. A company that fine tunes their products and has models of each size with size, weight, and waist size will be able to corner the market, creating loyal, repeat customers for life. Once I find a company that produces a shirt that fits and feels comfortable, I will pay any price within reason.I like the color, fabric, style, and fit. It maintained its color and shape after washing in warm water -- didn't shrink, didn't stretch out.The size charts were a little confusing: one says M is 41 chest, the other says M is 36-38 -- that's a big difference. When I saw in the description that the model is 6'2" 188 lbs and wearing a Medium, I knew I should get a Small (I'm 5'7", 142 lbs) even though my chest is 38. For me Small was the right choice -- it's neither tight and nor loose. It's just the right fit in the shoulders, chest, and abdomen.I really like the Heavy size. I have worn one 3 time it has not shrunk. However I have not put it In the dryer. The issue I had is the shirts that is listed as Medium/Heavy. If it is medium then list it as medium. Choosing heavy depends on the color you choose. So you have to choose the color first and then see if it comes in heavy. None of the Henleys come in heavy.With that said I am very please with what I purchased. I have purchased 4 of them.I've bought my son 3 different types of what I call "waffle shirts". He wears them under his uniform shirt when it is cold. All the others I bought him were too thin or too scratchy and he wouldn't wear them at all. He is super picky about his clothes. When he likes something he wears it to death! I'm glad I finally found the right shirts for him. It is definitely not easy!My husband say’s these tops are the best he has ever had on his body. Soft and weaved too perfection. He has two of each color love’s the fact that they are 100% cotton.?Don’t just sit there order before they are all gone.Thank You, Rocky
