Great product in a commercial settingHandles wobbly, machine not a quality made! Tried to submit refunded and send back. Instead they try to complicate things! On amazon theres no quality controll! If garbage sells and no complaints sellers will keep selling! So please if customer is unhappy simplify our lives and approve our returnI grew up in the South and now live on the West Coast. As much as I love it here in the Pacific North West, there is not one grocery store that carries pimento cheese. I love the stuff! It is an absolute treat to have found it. It's pricey with the shipping and handling but it has a long shelf life (refrigerated, of course). I had one little glitch which was the delivery company's issue, not the seller. It is packed on dry ice to sustain it during travel. I received notice of a pending delivery which arrived two days late. Naturally, I was afraid to consume it. I notified the seller and they immediately rectified the situation by sending out, overnight, a new order. They were pretty awesome. I have ordered twice now and am so happy I did!Have a Little problem with the first one, but the team of customer service, kindly send me another one and maintenance the warranty . Works perfect, the bubble waffles turns brown and well done.Now they add a couple a video so you can see how to use in the right way. I recommend it.Product came with some screws loose. Easily tightened. Some of the metal sleeve around the wire broke. Will have to call in about warranty for that piece.Main problem is making the perfect waffle. The instructions that come with the waffle maker do not come close to making the perfect egg waffle. I am beginning to perfect one side of the waffle, but the other side of my waffles are still really ugly. Honestly wish I bought a cheaper version that can be easily flipped.This pimento cheese spread is exactly what I remember eating when I was a kid back in Texas. It's been at least 30 years, and probably longer, since I had a pimento cheese sandwich and I've missed them the whole time. I've been a New Yorker for those past 30 years and really wish I could get this here, but, alas, it's not to be found. Finding it on Amazon was a revelation. I'm eating a sandwich now and it's heaven!The package came in a styrofoam box with dry ice and arrived still very cold. The sell by date is sufficiently far enough away that none will be wasted.I'm referring to the "Beer, Bread and Cheese" diet of course. We North-easterners are pimento cheese salad deprived. An all-day search in my area revealed one 4-ounce jar of corporate cheese that tasted like it belonged in a survival kit. This salad is delicious...soft and creamy with cheesy chunks. It reminds me of grocery stores down South which dedicate an entire refrigerated wall to competing salad brands and I'd have to move there to buy my favorite. Chips, salad, hot sauce and an ice-cold drink...an easy diet stick with.It is so good to make HK egg puffle, I have used the machine for 3 consecutive days because my son likes puffle very much.Worked well for 3 months and stopped completely. Contacted seller, then they passed to manufacturer. Contact manufacturer and was told to ship to Cali US and I have to pay for shipping which is half price of the machine. I can't believe they cost us ~$200 for this crap. Now I hope the extended warranty can do something for us.The machine arrived perfectly. I have used it several times since I got it and everyone thought it was made in a store. I strongly recommend this bubble waffle machine.Look different the picture but goodWorks fine, but the instructions are terrible and incomprehensible.
