I've had this press for over a year and a half now and it's perfect for the office. I'm the only one that drinks decaf so I make it myself instead of in the office coffee machine, and usually only a single mug - by "cup" they mean "coffee cup" which different people and brands define as anywhere from 4-6 ounces, hence the "3 cup" on this one - so this is perfect for me. I make sure to use a coarse grind in it and a few little grounds here and there might sometimes still get into my mug but overall this does a great job of brewing a decent mug of coffee. This fills up my mug just to the right level and it's easy to wash. I'd recommend it to anyone.
