I have not yet used this since it will be my gym towel, but I got it because a larger towel is better when getting dressed in a locker room. It was much bigger than I expected, and did not seem like it would be absorbent. My mind was changed once it was washed for the first time. It comes 80x40, but after washing it was more like 70x30 (-ish). While that seems like a bad thing, it is not. The waffling became puffy which will allow it to be more absorbent, so I am fine with that.Once I put it to use and wash it a few more time I will update this review. Basically, know that the stated size is how large it will come, but it will shrink about 10-20%.
