For the price this is fantastic. Used it to make shirataki noodles and it works well. Not sure how it would work for regular dough. Made of good hard plastic. Have been using it for a couple months now and it does the trick every time since shirataki noodles are made from a gel-like mixture. I imagine dough would have to be fairly soft in order to not have to exert too much energy to make the regular flour noodles.
