My favorite features are the ability to program it so that there’s coffee ready when I come downstairs in the morning, and the ability to “steal a cup” while the coffee brews.This is one of many coffee machines we have purchased over the years. This was purchased as a replacement and we are happy with it. It is easy to clean and keeps the coffee warm for a long time.im sure the coffee pot is fine but right out of the box the plastic was chipped and pulled away from the machine. there is no way to contact Amazon to tell them this all i can do is right a review or return it and unfortunately we where without a coffee maker so in need of this replacement. no very happy with either black and decker or amazon at right now.
