This is just a simple grinder sizing disk for meat. It arrived as promised and is very well made. Fits my #22 grinder perfect and is made from heavy stainless steel. I don't foresee any problems with using it in the future. 1/2 inch is perfect for first pass meat grinding when making sausage.
