Skip spraying the griddle (all griddles in fact). Halve dogs length wise and cut off 1/4 of length. Add the stick after 2 minutes of cooking, not before. There are holes on the side so no need to open the lid. Cook for a total of 4-5 minutes. Pour badder in to fill 1/4 way, place dog, then pour more badder atop. It may spill over so place a cookie sheet under for cleanup ease.Pic #1 was with Jiffy cornbread mix (has orange sauce saucer in image). Pic #2 was with Krusteaz Belgium waffle mix. I recommend using yakitori skewers. Great for the price!
