Heat the pan on high heat.Once the pan is sufficiently heated, reduce the heat to low and quickly pour the prepared ingredients into the molds, filling them slightly above the brim.Layer your preferred ingredients on top, ensuring that you cover the surface completely. Cook until the ingredients are slightly raised. Use a turning tool to gently tidy up the area around the molds.Once the ingredients are lightly cooked, use a turning tool to flip the takoyaki balls around 90 degrees. Adjust the heat to medium-low.When the ingredients are about halfway cooked, gently rotate and flip them again around 90 degrees to shape them into a round form.Continue rotating the takoyaki balls until they reach a golden brown color. The exterior should be crispy while the interior remains moist and tender, indicating that the takoyaki is fully cooked and ready. To enhance the flavor, you can add additional sauce according to your preference. Sprinkle katsuobushi (bonito flakes) on top for an extra delicious touch. PLEASE BE CAREFUL! [16-hole Takoyaki Pan (Double handles)] Do not grab the handle with your bare hands while cooking.
