I've had a 3 cup pezzetti for about 25 years...and I have used it almost constantly. It is getting old and I had tried the 6 cup bialletti but I couldn't get it to work right even after changing the basket and the gasket. I had to order something for our vacation home and I ordered this one. I tried it out at home and was sold on it...I love that I can see when the pot is done through the little window at the top. I am keeping this one at home and ordering a 2nd. I hope it holds up like my 3 cup. I probably should order a stainless steel one but I"m so used to my simple 3 cup that I didn't want to mess with the mix.
