I love making home made pasta . This makes my life much easier. It attaches to my kitchen aide and leaves my hands free to work the dough instead of trying to crank and handle the dough at the same time. Made the fettuccine the first use. Have used it a few more times . With the weather getting cooler I am sure it will be used a lot more.It’s exactly what I wanted and at a good price. Fast delivery tooMy family have been making all kinds of food by ourselves since SIP. And we all like pastas and noodles. So I bought an Imperia counter top pasta machine to make fresh noodles by myself. After using it for one time, I found it was so hard to make noodles just by one person. So I return it and bought this set of pasta maker to work with our Kitchenaid mixer (I didn't bought this at the beginning due to the expensive price). But what a live safer! I could easily make fresh noodles all by myself and didn't need any help. And it saved me so much more time than the Imperia one! Only one small issue that you need to be careful is that the thin noodle maker is a bit tricky to use. You have to cut the end of the flat noodle sheet streight to make it roll in easily. Otherwise you would think it might be broken. It took me about ten minutes to figured it out. It didn't have any problem on the other 2 parts. So over all, this set of pasta maker for the Kitchenaid stand mixer is worth the extra money and could save you a lot of time and work. The fresh made noodles and pastas taste soooo goood!!!The spaghetti attachment does not roll in smoothly. No matter what thickness, it needed to force feed so the cutter would grab the dough. Once the dough grabbed, it started to fold and cut into uneven pieces because it was not feeding in flat and even. The pasta roller and fettucine attachment worked perfectly. I have tried to contact the seller but got no response. They seem to delete all the bad reviews.Update: I was contacted by the seller and issued another set to try again. After trying it, the fettucine attachment wouldn't cut easily. All others are fine. I would give it 4 stars just for the customer service.The set we received had a pasta roller that did not fully seat in the Kitchenaid, not matter what we tried. It also squeaked loudly as we rolled pasta. The settings, which are supposed to be from 0 (widest) to 8 (finest) are backwards in the model that we received. Might return the unit, but due to Amazon’s poor return policy and the unavailability of this product I might have to go with something else.Fettuccine and Spaghetti cutters work fineEdit, August 2020: after posting this initially negative review I was contacted by the manufacturer’s customer service team. They offered to send a replacement, which does not have any issues at all. I was very impressed with the customer service and the replacement model and have hence changed my review for this product.Excellent product, sure beats the hand crank.At first, I had an issue with my order. The company worked with me and sent me a new product to make sure I was happy. I tested the product and it worked beautifully. The attachments fit perfectly into my Kitchen Aid Mixer. I wanted to test the product further and borrowed my Mom’s kitchen aid brand attachments for reference. These attachments delivered the same quality pasta as my moms kitchen aid attachments. I would recommend purchasing these because the company was great to work with and because the attachments work just as well as the Kitchen aid brand.Amazon fantastica come sempre, articolo comprato domenica, arrivato martedì.Meno fantastica la sfogliatrice...Domenica ho rotto la mia fantastica sfogliatrice kitchenaid e in preda alla disperazione ho preso l’unica disponibile x la mia kitchenaid. Un po’ scettica a causa del prezzo davvero basso (29€) ne ho acquistato una originale su un altro sito...e meno male!La macchinetta è arrivata stamattina, ma non ho avuto modo di provarla fino a stasera.Avevo congelato un pezzettino di pasta violada ( la pasta con lo strutto che In Sardegna viene Utilizzata per qualsiasi cosa buonissima?) e appena si è scongelata l’ho provata.La macchinetta sembra un giocattolino: molto leggera e con la manovella x regolare lo spessore un po’ troppo poco funzionale.La prima cosa che mi ha infastidito è che i numeri che indicano lo spessore sono al contrario: 1 indica lo spessore più sottile, 8 quello più grosso. E vabbè.Lo spessore più grosso ha lavorato la sfoglia discretamente, ma quello più sottile decisamente no. I rulli toccavano fra di loro, la pasta era più sottile da una parte e cosa ancor più grave si era scaldata!L’attrito fra i rulli ha surriscaldato la sfogliatrice e in più la manovella x regolare lo spessore si è inchiodata.Decisamente scadente e non sarebbe da comprare nemmeno x 15 euroPer il costo che ha funziona dignitosamente,certo non ci si può aspettare un componente professionale ma il suo lavoro lo fà,forma dei buoni spessori ed è stabile quello che mi è piaciuto meno sono i raschiarulli che dovrebbero essere migliorati, ma ripeto per il costo che ha ne vale la pena.....!El material de que están fabricados es excelente y su funcionamiento e muy buenoBastante útil, agilizó el trabajo increíblemente
