this is a great versitile label printer, but I feel like they tried to do too much with it. forget the batteries, forget the "advanced" features. Download the app, connect via bluetooth and print out text labels and you will do fine. Use label paper that is continuous, pull it out some (no feed button) and then always cut the tape a little bit out of the printer, this will prevent the tape from getting stuck and give you trouble free printing. Do this and you have a great little label printer, albeit a bit larger than necessary. I think the batteries are a bit excessive and most people would not have nor use them, even a tiny rechargeable battery pack would have been better. But the printer does its job and does it well, I may look for a more compact model in the future, but for now I am using this regularly and will continue until I run out of things to put labels on!
