Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item.

Ceramic mugs have a beautiful glossy finish and are Dishwasher and Microwave safe. The design is permanently printed on the mug using a heat-press process. Vinyl transfers are never used.

The standard size for our ceramic mugs is 11 ounces. Some of our mugs may be ordered in a larger size. Designs are printed on one side of the mug as shown in the listing photos.

All designs are original and were created in-house using professional graphics software.
