When I opened the package, it had empty plastic bags, like someone bought it, installed the cartridge, and returned everything without putting it back in their original plastics and sleeves.It's obvious this didn't get tested, "renewed", or run through any kind of QA, which I doubt the age group even knows what QA stands for, nowadays. At least throw away the garbage out of the return so it's not so obvious.I didn't notice I was getting a 'renewed' product, but did notice it WASN'T "Renewed", just used.
